AFGE Local 1411

AFGE Local 1411 Honors Mental Health Awareness Month, National Women's Health Month & AANHPI Heritage Month
This May, AFGE Local 1411 proudly recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being for all federal employees. Stress, burnout, and anxiety affect thousands of workers, making access to support services and open dialogue about mental health more critical than ever. AFGE 1411 continues to push for fair policies that protect the emotional and mental health of our members.
We also celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, honoring the cultural richness, resilience, and contributions of AANHPI federal employees. Their voices, history, and leadership are vital to the fabric of our workplaces and communities.
