Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month emphasizes the importance of emotional well-being and access to mental health resources. It encourages open conversations, reduces stigma, and supports individuals facing mental health challenges. Prioritizing mental wellness strengthens resilience, improves workplace environments, and promotes overall quality of life.

National Safety Month
National Safety Month promotes injury prevention, workplace safety, and healthy environments. Through education, awareness, and accountability, we can reduce risks and help ensure that everyone returns home safely each day.

PTSD Awareness
PTSD Awareness Month shines a light on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and the impact it can have on individuals, families, and communities. PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, including veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, and civilians. This month encourages education, understanding, and access to support resources while helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Juneteenth
Juneteenth commemorates June 19, 1865, the day when enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas, learned of their freedom—more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. Recognized as a federal holiday, Juneteenth honors the resilience, achievements, and contributions of African Americans throughout history. It serves as an opportunity to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of equality, justice, and opportunity for all.
